About this Challenge
Show great courage and self discipline by taking on one of our most testing challenges, the sparta 400 km virtual challenge. Inspired by the Ancient Greek Sparta warriors, this sparta virtual challenge will see you take on the ultimate bravery test.
Take on the Sparta 400km challenge to earn this unique, larger than average (9cm), 3D medal.
How and when you complete the 400 km distance of the virtual challenge is entirely up to you! Walk, Jog, Run, Cycle, Swim, Row or use gym equipment to complete the distance any other method.
You can complete this virtual challenge in one go or as many stages as you prefer. Receive a custom made medal for your efforts in the post.

All distance based exercise is accepted such as walking, running, cycling, rowing, swimming, horse riding, roller skating and more! You can combine methods to achieve your total distance.
After entering our challenge, simply download our app and start logging your exercise. Once all the distance is completed press submit. If you prefer manually do this and upload through our web form this is totally okay too!
