Bronze Virtual Challenge - 500 Miles
Take on this Bronze challenge by completing 500 Miles in your own time to earn this large (9cm) and 3D medal!
This challenge starts the day you sign up and you have up to 12 months to complete it. You can either complete it as fast as you can i.e in one day, or you can use the full 12 months to total up the distance over the year.
Walk, run, cycle, swim, row, use gym equipment or a combination to complete the distance. Send in your results on completion on the challenge and receive this shiny bronze medal for your efforts!
Summary
All distance based exercise is accepted such as walking, running, cycling, rowing, swimming, horse riding, roller skating and more! You can combine methods to achieve your total distance.
After entering our challenge, simply download our app and start logging your exercise. Once all the distance is completed press submit. If you prefer manually do this and upload through our web form this is totally okay too!

We have an app! Simply download this from the App Store and get tracking your results. We currently connect to Strava and Apple Health with further connections coming soon. We also accept the good old fashion pen and paper log of results which can be uploaded to our website so the choice is yours!
All our tshirts are unisex. We recommend that men size up to their usual size. All measurements and ladies dress size equivalent can be found on our size guide.
