About this challenge
Children of all ages must complete a minimum of 30 minutes exercise a day for 30 days to earn a medal and certificate as a reward. Track progress along the way on the wall chart.
This challenge will encourage your children to be more active whilst collecting these cool medals along the way!

Your challenge pack will be shipped within 5 working days of your order with Royal Mail Delivery. If you are ordering other ACE Races challenges alongside this, your pack will be dispatched with these challenges (upon completion) therefore, it is recommended that you purchase separately if you require the pack sooner.

What happens when you receive the pack?
Keep the certificate and medal aside until the end of the challenge. Place the wall chart on the wall or even on the fridge! Encourage your children to do a minimum of 30 minutes exercise per day. Once the exercise for the day is completed, place a gold star on the designated day on the progress chart. At the end of the 30 days, reward your child with the certificate and medal!
