How and when you complete the 42 km distance of the virtual race is entirely up to you! Walk, Jog, Run, Cycle, Swim, Row or use gym equipment to complete the distance any other method.
You can complete the Running for England virtual race in one go or as many stages as you prefer making it achievable for all abilities and ages. Receive this special medal & Pin for your efforts in the post.
The distance for the race chosen will be stated on the ribbon.
