Shipping Update - Delays Expected due to Covid-19.

Due to the current and ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we have noticed a number of delays with the postal system both in the UK and Internationally.

Although the percentage of delays we are experiencing are relatively small (approximately 10% of orders), please be aware that our usual 14-day turnaround time is likely to be extended for some participants.

We look forward to our postal system returning back to normal and meeting the expected delivery parameters however as it stands this is the current situation we are dealing with. Please see below expected wait times for medals;

UK Shipping

For participants based in the UK, please allow up to 6 weeks from the date your medal is dispatched before contacting us. Royal Mail are experience a high volume of mail and therefore a small percentage of packages may be delayed.

International Shipping 

Participants based outside of the UK are more likely to experience delays. This is due to the shortage of employees, as well as a shortage of planes delivering goods.

We kindly ask all international participants to allow up to 3 months for the arrival of their medals.
