This challenge starts the day you sign up and you have 12 months to complete it. You can either complete it as fast as you can i.e in one month, or you can use the full 12 months to total up the distance over the year.
Walk, run, cycle, swim, row, use gym equipment or a combination to complete the distance. Send in your results on completion on the challenge and receive this shiny Gold medal for your efforts!
